What actually happens on the call?
Your discovery call is a one-on-one, 30-minute conversation focused on your business, your goals, and where you'd like to grow.
David will ask about your current marketing, what's been working, and where you've been feeling stuck. From there, he'll share honest feedback, answer your questions, and offer thoughtful recommendations based on the opportunities that could have the greatest impact.
By the end of the call, you'll have a clearer understanding of where your marketing stands and what your next steps could be.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
Yes. We offer every discovery call completely free to prospective clients.
We believe every successful partnership starts with trust. Offering a complimentary consultation gives us the opportunity to learn about your business, understand your goals, and determine whether we're the right team to help.
If it feels like a great fit for both of us, we'll talk about what working together could look like. If not, that's perfectly okay. There's no obligation and no pressure to move forward.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Not at all.
You don't need reports, analytics, passwords, or anything prepared ahead of time.
Just come ready to talk about your business—what you're proud of, what's been challenging, and where you'd like to go next. We'll ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and guide the conversation from there.
How long is it, and how does the video call work?
Roughly 30 minutes. The call takes place over Google Meet.
After you book, Google emails you a calendar invite with your meeting link. At your scheduled time, simply click the meeting link to join. There's nothing to download or install.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Use the link in your calendar invitation to reschedule or cancel at any time. There's no need to email us first and no hard feelings—we'd rather you choose a time that works for you.
Who will I be speaking with?
You'll be speaking with David Vatcher, our Client Partnerships Director. If we end up working together, David will remain your primary point of contact throughout the relationship—so you won't be handed off to someone new after the initial conversation.
